Cookie started Jazzercise as a student in May 1989 and quickly became a class manager. In March of 1995, Cookie became an instructor and opened classes in Niantic, after a year the classes moved to Waterford where they were for 10 years. During spring of 2006, with the classes out growing the current location, it was time to open the center. Cookie lives in Old Lyme with her husband and has two grown sons and a granddaughter.

Helen has been an instructor for 19 years as of June 2009 She was former owner of a very successful Jazzercise Center in Deep River for 16 years. After remarrying and relocating to Scotland CT, she came to Niantic Jazzercise to teach regularly. Helen also is a monitor assistant for Jazzercise, Inc., and ensures that integrity and quality is maintained with instructors throughout Connecticut. Helen has two grown sons and a beautiful grandson.

Linda joined Jazzercise in April 1998 and became an Associate Instructor in February 2000. Linda grew up and presently lives in Waterford. She has two wonderful children; an 10 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. Working from home and raising her children, keeps Linda very busy when she is not Jazzercising.

Beth began as a Jazzercise student in Deep River in the winter of 2004. She enjoyed it so much that she became a certified instructor that same summer. Beth lives in Clinton and works full time teaching first grade at Essex Elementary School. In her spare time she enjoys reading, baking and dancing.

Christina joined Niantic Jazzercise during the Forever Fit Program in December 2008. Loving the results, she trained and became an Associate Instructor in May 2009. Christina lives in Old Lyme with her husband and 2 young children. She works part time as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. When she is not dancing, she is enjoying time with her family and friends.

Lisa joined Jazzercise in 2001 and since that time it has been a big part of her life mostly because of the variety of music and exercise that has kept her feeling great. Becoming an instructor has been an exciting and rewarding experience, being a part of Jazzercise is like being a part of a family. Happily married to her husband, Stephen, for 16 years and has 2 wonderful children. Alison is 14 and Michael 12. Lisa has been teaching elementary school in the Lyme/Old Lyme school district since 2004.
